Receiving a pending Purchase Order

  1. Select Receive Order from the Secondary Menu
  2. Select the Order to receive
  3. Read the items and add quantities
  1. Add quantities of the item.
  2. In case of items with Tracking Code, read or select Lot No. or Serial No.
  3. Menu options
    1. Read to see all read items grouped
    2. Post to post the order.
    3. Close to exit, not posting
  1. Posting Order. The system allows to posting of partial orders
  2. Enter Vendor Shipment No.
  3. Add comments if necessary.
