IM Warehouse connects through APIs to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS, so there cannot be an user session that allows the link with a local hardware resource such as a printer, therefore for unattended printing from IM Warehouse via Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, emails are sent with the attachments for printing. Many printers allow automatic printing of received mail from configurable addresses.
Email account configuration
Configuration of the sending email account. Search for Email Accounts menu option.

The email account that the system will use to send the printing reports will be the one defined as “Default”.
Printing report selection
Define printing reports in the IMW Printer Selections option of IM Warehouse menu.
In this configuration menu, the user can select for each user which report will be printed and to which email address it will be sent.
