Transfer Orders
With transfer orders, the warehouse user can move stocks from one location to another. The user generates outbound transfer from one location and receives the inbound transfer at the other location.
The Transfer Order functionality allows you to manage internal warehouse activities and provides more certainty that inventory quantities are updated correctly.
Setup Information
The In-Transit Code, Shipping Agent Code, and Shipping Agent Service fields on the Trans. Route Spec. page on the transfer route, have to be filled in order to be able to generate Transfer Orders from IM Warehouse.
Main Menu Transfer
Select Transfers Option to manage Stock Transfer operations on the Operator Location.
Secondary Menu Transfer
Select the transfer option according the desired operation:
- Transfer Request: Creating Stock Transfer and Transfer Picking in another location to be received in the user location or others
- New Transfer: Creating Stock Transfer
- Picking Transfer: Prepare Transfer Picking
- Receive Transfer: Receive Stock Transfer from other locations
